We will notify the client of any item that is noted. We provide quality color photos with every inspection. You will understand every item by the time we are finished.

My Qualifications

Ray Allen is an experienced homeowner, property manager, investor & handyman with close to 20 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate.  As your inspector, I will carefully investigate the systems and components in the home indicating items that are deficient, not functioning correctly and/or are unsafe.  I am also a member in good standing of ASHI & interNACHI.
